For awkward 08. Vitos selll a forged super stock USA piston kit, the piston is made by Weisco, cost is $139.95 includes everything you need. Very few small manufacturers make cast pistons due to the cost. All blaster pistons from Yamaha are cast. Cast versus forged .com.

Standard bore is 66mm. If you didn't damage your jug to much you can get kit .020-.090 over. The more you bore your cylinder the thinner the wall. I ordered a .040 (67mm) for myself. Good luck

dont bore it any more than what is needed to clean up the mess. jumping bore sizes for no reason only shortens the life of the cylinder, it gains you zero power.

cool thanx for the info. I am not sure how bad the gouges in the jug are but they are there. Hopefully it can be saved
