Haven't done it, but I have put a:
KTM250 into a Blaster
4WD into a van
351W and 351C into a Maverick
302 into a Cortina
302 into Mazda 808
300cc Rotex sled engine into a XL250
Usually putting smaller engines in is less work because you have more space to work.
You will be happy if you can meet the following criteria:
1) you have the skills and the drive to see the job completed
2) the parts are at hand, and
3) the result will do what you want,
4) the cost of completion is considerably less than buying an alternate
Most of these swaps never get finished, or never work right if they do.
