Hi I wanted to know if I can fit a2002 engine in a 2003 frame if it is possible do I need to do any modifying to the frame

Not necessarily. If he has a complete 03 Blaster with a hole in the bottom of the case and he found an 02, CT cylinder, 4mil stroker motor with VForce reeds, 33 mm PWK carb, billet clutch basket, billet oil pump cover, billet stator cover, and CPI pipe for $200, he should put the 03 stator in the 02 motor.
I can't really tell because the frame has Ben painted over I can not see what year the Blaster is bill of sell the original owner lost it but I think everything is a 02 on this quad not sure tho
OK so everything else swaps in no problems and no modifying ?And just use my old harness of the 02?
OK, since you don't know what you have, 02 is cable brakes, and 4 wire stator. 03 is hydraulic brakes and 5 wire stator.
BTW, the 02 CDI will not plug into the 03 harness and vice versa.
