Engine rebuild

Is there anyone that is close to the mount airy md area that can help me rebuild my engine? I tore down the old one but im clueless as to how i put it back.

Mount airy? What state?

A repair manual will probably be needed. Topend rebuilds are fairly easy.

Mount airy maryland. I do have the manual but its a bottom end rebuild. Man so many little parts i am so confused.
