engine rebuild help!!

yea i blocked it off i put a cap over it and made sure it wasnt going to suck air through, i think im just gonna give it to a shop to look at and fix i just am fed up with trying to fixing it i would rather just pay some one else to do it

Sounds like the float level is too low to me, or maybe it is just stuck. I would pull the carb bowl off first and check it before i took it to a shop.

i just put the gaskets and the top end in yesterday and i siliconed all the gaskets down and they sealed tight

that doesn't cover all the places it could leak

well i guess i will check the float but if that doesnt work im just gonna take it to someone else and let them figure out what is wrong
