Probably not a problem with your gas mixture. Most people run 32:1 like suggested and you don't have high compression so no need for high octane gas. The flooding is probably a problem with your jetting. What jets do you have in it and what mods are done. Elevation also plays a role in jetting so get on google and tell us your elevation where you ride along with the mods.
On the other hand, your compression is a little low if I remember correctly. If a new top end was done with a fresh bore to the size of the piston in hand when bored then you should be seeing at least 120. It'll run with 110-115 just fine but that's usually the compression you see after some time of wearing. Your compression is alright and usable but it tells us that your clearance isn't ideal like if you had it bored/honed to the exact piston you are using.
