Alright, yesterday, while riding, the motor heat seized. It lugged down worse and worse then just quit. I have just rebuilt this motor, this is the second tank of gas ran thru it, and until now its been running fine. Its a wiseco pro lite piston, hot rods rod, all that good stuff. its got K&N air filter, and carb is jetted to a 320 main I THINK, dont quite remember. After it cooled off, it started right up, no problems. Could anything have caused this besides maybe me just getting on it too hard on a hot day?

You're probably OK, I typically seize my engines about 3 or 4 times before they are good to go, but I set them up tighter than most do, 320 jetting should be plenty for your motor?, and you need some MORE stickers if you really want it to GO!!!!

did you rebuild it and then not go through a break-in period?? one of the things a break in routine does is cause the metals to expand and contract and find a good seating...

the blasters are prone to over heating "air cooled" i run my kids blasters on the sand dunes for abput a half hour then let them cool down for 5-10 minutes whenever possable, and overheating has never been a problem since
