Engine fins

Currently I have a cylinder that is .75 over. It came with it when I purchased it. I'm rebuilding everything, however I also have a stock bore cylinder I would like to use in its place. I want to start fresh, but a couple of the fins are broken. The broke areas are not that large. Would this hinder the cooling of the motor?

I dont see it as a problem, if the 'looks' bother you, just have some ally pieces tacked in, file to shape, and spray a light cout of ht paint

By the time everything is back on it and in the frame you probably won't even see it.
