Engine dying out

i have a 2006 blaster and recently replaced the spark plug and now engine sputters, blue smoke comes out back, backfires then dies out. Changed plug again and same situation. Any ideas before i take it back to the dealer.

does it have good compression when you try to kick it over?

you need to do a compression test first and see if it is ok on that.

sounds like your rings may be gone, but do as killer said first

mabe a broken reed or a sheared flywheel key

if it kicks funky and starts hard, it sounds like a flywheel key deal i've ran into before, let us know how that turns out
