I took my engine case off on the right side to install a new gasket and When I started putting everything back together I noticed two were longer than the rest. Which holes do those two go???
A simple way to tell is to start putting the screws back but only engage 1 thread. They should all stick out equally. If one won't engage, or engages really close, it probably needs one of the long ones.
Sorry I mean the cover on the right side where the kickstart is. And blasDa I tried that But the bolts don't go in easy. I can't turn them in all the way with my hand, so it's hard to tell.
You're not turning them in all the way, just engaging 1 thread. Hell, you don't even have to engage it. Just push the screws in till they stop. Do they all look the same? If not, rearrange them so they do. If so, begin to torque them down appropriately.
