Yea......cleaning up basic casting flaws is easy and Ken goes over that. I'd probably leave the windows themselves relatively unchanged though for a knowledgable porter with the tools to shape them.

the only problem i am having is there isn't any well known 2 stroke builders around here and to ship it to ken and back is just to expensive for this year. would it be worth it to get the vitos +3 and put in this year with no porting and maybe next year or the year after send it away for porting? or should i just get a stock crank?

Doing the +3 now will save you from splitting cases. As the others have said, Porting and matching is a bonus and will help alot, but is not necessary. Just make sure you use the plate or the Piston will hit the head.
