electrical/blown motor update

Hello everyone! As you know I pulled my motor down due to low compression after it quit running. Like I said I could find nothing wrong with any of the top end components. The only observation was a irregular peice of metal missing in top of the crankcase. Sorry for not getting pics. Well I went over everything with a fine tooth comb. No shavings in crankcase. I put the motor back together yesterday (142 psi). Now I have a weak spark and motor will not run. By the way don't buy a compression tester from Advance auto. I am taking the peice of s..t tomorrow. Bad CDI? I installed new plug. Help Thanks.

coil cdi tors...check and make sure all your wires are conected good

TORS has been removed. It has a kill switch. The owner before me screwed with the wires, no ignition switch, headlight, on/off switch, no taillight. Do you know what colr wires go to ignition? I know red/white goes to CDI. I have a yellow red for headlight.
