nice :) now u need a pipe whats the office depot box? has the bigbore kit and sh*t in it?

yea man , i just kept saving.
and i figured since i did all the body work/look nice stuff.
i cant have a stock motor haha.
but i am in desperate need of a new pipe.
im also gonan be running my stock carb for the moment.
what should i get first a pipe or a carb?
how much am i going to have to up my main jet with my stock carb?

you dont think it would work for a little while.
would it be worth it to get my carb bored out

i think you would end up over heating her, hit up kenny power see what he has to say about running a stock carb on a ported 240.. how do you think a paul tuner or lrd would do on a ported 240?..

i actully almost bought a lrd for the 240, but i think im gonna keep an eye out for a dyno port or a fat bastard.
but it doesnt seem like there verycheap.
i have seen procircuits and paul turners go pretty cheap.
maybe ill shoot kennedy a message

dude, you'd do yourself a disservice putting anything other than a bastard on that engine. you've already gone through all the effort of getting the right port and everything, why not go all the way and run the highest output pipe on it?
also, i don't think that running the stock carb would overheat your engine, just wouldn't get all the power out of it. so i'm pretty sure you'll be just fine running hte stock carb on it, you just won't feel the full power of the engine.
make damn sure you jet it right though.

hey man thanks for the advice, i will probably just buy a brandnew fat bastard soon here.
im gonna have to runa pretty fat jet on the stock carb i would imagine.
does anyone run amsoil here , if so how do you like it.

well i finally found a place to work on this bugger in these -52 temperatures.
saskatoon was officially the coldest place on earth yesterday.
but anyways my dad said i could use the shop at his work(university) its got everything from a hoist to every metric bolt you could think of.
so i will have this 240 kit on and going soon here. any tips would be apreciated.
also my ams oil question still stands?

amsoil's good run it in my quad but not my snowmobile CAN clog up powervalves but on my blsty runs awesome!!!
