I recently purchased a dynoport exhaust and was wondering what size jets I should start at. I have a vito's air filter(K&N style), no airbox lid, and its .030 over, oil blocked off. Right now i'm running a 260 main and stock pilot, i know i need a bigger pilot jet because it won't idle the way it is now. Just wondering what anyone thinks a good starting place would be. Thanks in advance.

Which pipe did you get? there is a 240 high volume pipe and a top end stock bore pipe.
i ran a 280 this summer with my dynoport high volume and it had a great brown color. CFM airbox, uni filter and vf3 reeds.

yep thats the one man. you can try and start where you are now and see if your close for jetting... btw are you running a 260 with stock exhaust? And/or is it jetted for the winter already?

Yea the 260 is with the stock exhaust, I drilled out a piece in the front of the silencer though and made a different tip for it with a bigger outlet to increase the flow some. The 260 is for summer, I don't really ride it in the winter.

ah ok, well if you put the pipe on now and jet correctly then the main will have to be readjusted in the summer to bring it down to normal. but for the winter i would try around 290-310
