Why my 2 stroke blaster is making a tapping noise out of the motor

It could be a number of things that cause that.

maybe piston slapping....stroked??? if piston slap u better stop riding, u end up with shattered skirt and serious carnage!!!!

PISton slap i like a clack clack noise.....coming from topend. usually a new set of rings and hone will fix it up. very noticeable in the low rpm range. u can do a compression test to see.if i was u i would ask to see some recipts of parts he has bought. people alwasy lie and say it has this or that. proof...other wise offer him a thousand bucks. then be ready to do some work! there isnt any way i can tell u for sure without listening to it. if it is ig really nice shape and an 06 i would say at least 1200
