Do I have original piston ?

I have a piston it has a arrow on the top and a x I don't see anything els ? Also underneath it it says 37f01 ? And I think also near that it says 2258 ? And there is a S and there is a 5 with a upside down T over it ? And on the side of piston by the place to put the wrist pins it says ART ? Can some one please help and i tried to use a rotor measure to messure it ? But it came up as like 65.7 for piston and somthing like 65.8 ? Can someone please help i can't afford the thing to messure it );

sounds like a stock piston
if your doing a top end rebuild you really should have a shop measure the cylinder

Not only measure the piston but measure the cylinder for taper and out of round.
