Hey everyone...I took by bike down to my local atv shop...they let me come around back and play with my bike...they had a leak down kit that i used. the only leak i found was at the left side crank seal..(shifter side) replaced the seal..put everything all back together and now It still idles too high, if i just BEARLY pull the choke.. 1/8 inch or so..the bike idles just fine...what do you think? I pulled the choke assembly out and cleaned it up. with carb cleaner, sprayed a little carb cleaner in the choke hole of the carb..put it back together and fired it up....seemed to idle fine for a good 10-15 seconds...brought it back home and started it back up...idles high again...This is sooo Damn frustrating....I spent ALL DAY WORKING ON IT.... any other ideas?

k...It was late too late to ride it or keep it running when i got home..so i will try it out tomorrow...thanks for the help...Good Looking bike by the way. I:I

its could be leaning out that's why its idle high.. and when you pull the chock it cuts off some of the air and makes it perfect..that's a possible.just trowing that out there.. pilot jet could be clogged or the fuel line.. my bike did it the other day right after i rebuild/rejeted the carb. turns out i was out of fuel..lol

Hatch is close when you pull the choke you add fuel not cut down air flow you said you changed the seal you are referring to the crank seal and not the shift shaft seal aren't you.

No, I pulled the head and cylinder off to see how the head gasket and the base gasket looked....they look alright but not for sure...I ordered a TORS eliminator kit to remove the annoying POS....Im just hoping that it is not the left side crank seal...
