Okay guys im looking for some help ive had the day from hell!! so last night I was up till 1am and spent all day today trying to get the blaster sorted, it it was smoking white smoke badly so i change the seals, which the first really took ages but then i got the hang of it, and so i change all the seals, and when reinstalling the clutch it had all been moved (Someone had been in the garage) so I had to watch a videa on how to set it all up right, and took me a while but in the end i finally got it all together today, put some oil in and slowly kicked it helping to lube everything up, then i started it, started lovely and all seemed to be going great untill i want to put it into gear and nothing was happening with the clutch, it would go into gear fine but as soon as i let the clutch out nothing happened and the clutch fealt really lose slack also. and also so ive taken it apart and realised i hadnt lined it up right but when bolting the springs back onto the clutch i snapped one inside it!:o X( and so now ive got problems and not quite sure how to get it out! any ideas? and my other thing is ive just change the seals and their all in nicely but its still smoking quite abit of white smoke? what can it be! ? :-/

Is there any bolt sticking out to grab onto ? The smoke may be from some trans oil left over in the bottom of the case. A leak down test will tell you.

Nope their is no bolt its snapped right in the middle of the thing X( and I dont have a leak down tester i did PM... (his name escapes me) but never got a reply, but im pretty confident its all good from that aspect so i guess ill just let it tick over for abit when its back together and see how it goes, it did sound asif it was running very good..

you can pull the clutch boss and drive the broken piece out the back of it. not too hard to do. I did it with a small drill bit. I started drilling in the center of the broken bolt until it grabbed and just ran right out the back of the boss

How much white smoke? does it do it when its warmed up? mine smokes like a steam train when its cold but after it has warmed it doesn't smoke at all. Sounds like you have have gotten the middle adjustment nut a little to tight and its not allowing the clutch to grab all the way. Shame on breaking the bolt, I have one that is partially striped, it will pull mostly tight, but wan't tighten all the way, I hopefully have a new boss on the way.

The smell of the smoke should be an indication if it is tranny fluid.

Tranny fluid smells like crap, a lot different to 2 stroke oil.
