cut fenders on park trails?

at my local atv trails and tracks they do not requier the use of fenders but yours could be differant

you guys sure have alot of rules down there. Here you can drive whatever you want anywhere but in the citys
and you dont have to register anything if you dont want to

I doubt there's a rule about cutting fenders. Heck, some stock fenders are useless from the factory. What about a race machine or aftermarket plastics???
You should call, but I think someone is going to get a good laugh out of this. Plus, you should not give them any ideas to keep closing riding areas to the public by creating stupid rules such as that.
