What is the best crankcase oil to use in a blaster? i can never remeber if its 10w40 or 10w30, just want to confirm before.

Thanks

The Best is whatever you like the best! I use belray gear saver It's heavier and I think it does a better job protecting my clutch and bearings!
I have also used ATF type F tranny fluid with great results, Is lighter too!
I believe the Factory calls for 10-40.

my owner maunual for my 03 blaster calls for 10-30 witch i was told at petes cycle the local bike shop by me is the same a 80w gear oil....

I use the belray gear saver same as slick....

But like slick said its an opion what ever you like best as longa as it the right weight an has none of the i belive there called friction modifiers

But as long as the bottle spacifically says you can run it with a wet clutch your good
