It's not hard. Here is how I do it.

STATOR SIDE
-Remove flywheel and stator (need flywheel puller)
-I use drywall screws and a drill. DON'T GO ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE SEAL. You just want to get them in so you can pull on the screws and the seal will come out with it. I put 2 screws across from each other.
-Use loctite around the outside of the seal and grease on the inside of it. I don't drive them all the way it. I just recess it a little bit using a big socket.

CLUTCH SIDE
-Remove cutch
-Repeat the steps above

DO NOT GET THE SEALS MIXED UP. Take one out and compare it to the new one. They are slightly different and it's possible to put the wrong one in.
