How hard are these to put in? I've been looking for a quick DIY. Either there aren't pictures or it's not explained very well. thanks!

I have a seal removal tool but you could use a flat blade, just pop em out careful not to score the mating surface and tap new one's in. use a piece of 2X4. little taps on four sides. (take the seal divide into four sections tap each section gently until fully seated. i was able to do mine as i had to replace the crank but if i didn't this is how i would of done it.
