I have crankcase oil in the cylinder and coming out the exhaust.. first blaster I've ever owned and don't know much about them?

let me rephrase that, do you believe it is gearbox oil? And are you sure its not just oil from your mixed gas? If you do believe it to be oil from the gearbox a leaktest would be in order!
Yes gearbox oil..I can fill it up and ride it and it smokes up the neighborhood and about 5 mind later it's empty.

Someone told me crankshaft seal..it's been bored .75 over so it should have power. But again no power and I was told it was bc it was sucking too much air
Yup, that's what it is.. You can replace it with the motor still in the bike. You will need the seal obviously, a new clutch cover seal. You screw a drywall screw into the old seal but not to far as to hit the bearing and you can pull the old seal out. then replace with a new seal.. It would be a good idea to do the other side as it might also be leaking and if not already it most likely will be soon.. either way you are going to need a leak tester to test for other leaks..
