I was ridin yesterday and I started to lose power so I down shifted and the bike stalled out. I went to restart it and it sputered out so I try again and the same. Next time I tryed it was froze up. Could this be the crank bearings and if so how do I replace them.

ya i would check it all out first it kinda sounds like u fed the piston but to do bearings u have to split the case and let me tell u its not as bad as it sounds the main part is just try to get a manual for reference

not as bad as it sounds? its f*cking gay. i just did it. if you got tools its not bad, but if its the crank bearing, not the main bearings, you either need to get the crank rebuilt by a shop, or buy a hole knew crank.

splitting the case is not that bad of a job i just also did it and i didnt have the tools.u have to think of tools that will work to get it apart its not as bad as you make it seem ya of course it takes a while but if u take your time its not that bad of a job
