cracked the side of my case, how would i go about fixing this?

Where is it cracked. I have had them welded before and it works fine.

my case was scraped to where it leaked oil and i jb welded it and it has held great

tig weld or jb it up

probly going to be tig welded for the time being. i was just unsure about the hold of the weld. i mean, its only a weld. i feel weird about not having any kind of gasket or silicone to reinforce the weld. thanks again guys!

Your frame is held together with "just some welds". So whats that tell ya?

not necessarily the strength of the weld but how it holds liquid

itll be fine man I had mine weilded up by a guy when I threw my chain like a year ago untill I saved up enough money for a new left case and all the labor and what not and it never let me down deffantly way stronger than jb weild... cause with jb weild if you dont get the area super clean it will only chip off, I know from experiance i would deffantly go with the weild if you are on a budget man, just my opinion tho
