on my blaster my left lower control arm is bent, does not effect the way it rides but i want to fix it, a friend of mine gave a used control arm to replace it but the ball joint is shot, is there any way i could change the ball joint, im hearing they're pressed and im also hearing that you can not change the ball joint. help!

No you cannot change the ball joints in the stock arms
They are pressed in, or something that makes them not able to come out.
Which is why people suggest NOT to powdercoat stock arms because the plastic in the would just melt/
