i just checked my compression cause the thing wont crank for crap and it came out 30psi after bout 20kicks after 3 kicks it was a little over 1 so how bad is this. what should it read????

you need to rebuild your topend
a good compression reading would be above 125 , you should take the head and cylinder off of your engine to figure out what happened for sure

no it wont crank or anything i was riding 2 weeks ago it lost all power and hasnt ran since the reed pedals were cracked and bent i replaced those and checked everything then today checked the compression and 30psi is she had

Did the bore look clean? Most always a broken ring will be noticed in the bore when it happens. You might have some major blow by, the rings sometimes get stuck under the stock piston locating pins causing some psi loss. With a 30 psi reading either your compression tester isn't working right or the engine. Can you feel the compression at all through the kickstart? At 30psi if it is hard to kick at all something is binding.

it never builds up pressure when im kicking it its like im kicking air i guess u could say. i took the top end all the way apart down to crank and piston. everything acyually looks pretty good its a little black not to bad. the piston is a little scratched up. also i noticed on the side of the crank it says hot rod????
