A few days ago I got a yamaha blaster dirt cheap he said had clutch problems he was missing the push rod for it so I fixed that then tryed to start it and nothing so out compression gauge on it it was reading 60 and that's way low I know what do I need to do to get that normal? New piston, rings? Please help

Next do a leakdown test Could be bad head gasket, or even improper torqued head/loose nuts. If not then pull head and inspect.
Remove the header pipe and look up the exhaust port for signs of piston/ring damage.
Do as Larry says, leak test before pulling the motor down.
