I had the plates out of order. Make sure the wavy ring and the fibre that it mats to are in the proper position. I screwed that up and the plates would barely move. Took several pints to figure that one out.
nobody on here really knows whats wrong .

but 650ml of oil no more no less/
and if your going to do a clutch ..you need steel and fibers.
everything thing listed above by members.
go over it again n check/but it would pay to do the clutch right with a clutch kit

yeah used the right amount of oil maybe I just need a kit.the second fribre plate is different from the rest ain't it.i didn't know the metals plates have to go in order
