okay ive located it. so bascically i need to hold the arm all the way forward (not alot of pressure) and what till it stops moving and tighten the nut?

look for the little raised arrow on the case , Now if it is lined up with the point on the clutch arm no adjustment necessary, if it's not while still slightly pushing on the arm turn the phillips part of the rod until it lines up with the raised arrow on the case

i got it tightend and it works alot better!! im not sure if its perfect but ill figure that out when i get to it tommaro. and what transmission oil should i use? i have no clue

sweet, make sure that 10mm jamb nut is really tight, they like to work loose, and that could spell major disaster
did you back it off a 1/2 turn after feeling it touch the other rod inside < thats so the ball bearing in there has some free play and doesnt weld itself to the rod

i'd use honda or yamaha 2 stroke wet clutch oil, thats what i ran for years, right now my driveline clutch calls for mobile1 full synthetic 5w-30
you can even use 10w-30 regular motor oil, but change it often
and some peeps are using type f tranny fluid
all will work
650 mililiters = 3/4 quart
then check the sight glass in behind the brake pedal, as long as it between the lines on the sightglass you're golden

I just did my clutch guys and adjusted it but now after i rode the clutch lever is not tight its loose and my acutor moves up and down what is it??????
