clutch wont disengage

i just put a tusk clutch on my blaster and now it wont disengage. the ball bearing is in there and the adjustment screw is adjusted all the way in and the cable is adjusted all the way out.. when i pull the lever it feels like nothing is there. anyone got any ideas?

You have to adjust the center rod. It has two nuts on it. Adjust the inner one until it just touches and tighten the outer one. Make sure the arm is lined up with the mark on the motor.

i already adjusted that all the way in, and the arm is aligned with motor

The adjuster should not be all the way in if it's adjusted properly. There should be about 4 threads showing beyond the jam nut if it's adjusted properly.
