Ok im working on a blaster clutch and one of the pieces on the pressure plate is broken the pieces that have a spring a bolt (5 of them) well if you put in 4 the clutch pulls to one way like its pulling crooked if i take the spring on the opposite side out it seems like it will work fine my question is can you run with just 3 springs it seems like it would burn the fibers if the 4th spring is installed i know its cheap to get a new one just wondering if it would work and is the little clutch arm actuator supposed to have a pretty good amount of resistance when trying to push it by hand thanks in advance

if any of the rest of the clutch parts break, it could cause some other damage down in there, i think i've heard of busted cases, dont chance it, replace it, and yes the actuator arm should be tough to pull by hand

broken case happens when clutch is busted and falls down in engine under clutch pack.wedges in there and crack! the springs are what keep tension on the clutch plates...if u do not have all springs in place ur clutch WILL slip...u will burn up the fiber plates and possibly ur engine...i know i u want to ride, but fix it right or u will be sitting in the woods..

So which part do you need, make me an offer. The one on the left is the Boss the one on the right is the Pressure plate
