When I got my blaster the clutch was crappy. I tried to adjust it and all but it didn't work. So bought a clutch kit and rebuilding it. Ran into some problems... immediately. When I went to take the clutch cover off it wouldn't budge on the right side. Not sure what that part is that is there but it isn't allowing me to work the cover off. I took some pictures so that maybe someone can help me out. I'm trying to finish it tonight. I didn't take off the brake lever because I thought that I might be able to work around it but probably not. Those bolts are on there real nice. Just need to get some tips on how to get it off of there. Thanks guys.

Sorry about the quality, took it on my phone and for some reason it is huge.

you need to take the kickstarter lever off. it'll help when you go to reinstall it.
second the foot peg should also come off, remember to lube up the bolts for ease of operation. also really check good to see that all the bolts are out of the cover. couldve missed one, not hard to miss one.

Alright, will do. I'll check in a few minutes. Thanks man. You get rep if that is really all that is it. I thought I checked but was in a hurry kinda.

Ok well I did all that but take off the kick starter. Bad idea there. It wasn't real tough to get back on but now I have to manually pull the kicker up to it's right position. So gotta pull that all back off and get new tranny oil. I bought nice Klotz too that I can't get around here. But the second issue that it won't go. I put it in gear and it literally goes no where. What in the world is causing that? Also can I leave the kick starter so that I have to pull it up myself that way the oil can stay in it. What do I do for the other issue though?

just drain the oil out, put it in a nice clean container so you can reuse it, but the kickstarter has a little spring that goes in this little notch on the block, not hard to do really, and as for the other problem, are you sure you put it back together exactly how you took it apart? its not hard to miss something if its your first time, i did mine myself and it took a time or 2 to get everything how it was sposed to be....
