When i pull in the clutch and down shift it stalls. Like the clutch isnt engaged all the way. How do i fix

Adjust it on the handle bars and check your fluid level. And dont use motor oil either if thats what you run. If you do then its probably time for a new clutch

It is perfectly OK to use 4 stroke motor oil as long as it is 10w30 and contains no friction modifiers, that is what Yamalube4 is.

For starters, DO NOT let your mechanic work on your blaster ever again, as all the issues you have with the rebuild are rediculous!

I'd be willing to bet It was not put together correctly and adjusted correctly,

Im with slick on that. Something was probably put together wrong. Maybe a shift fork outta place? Ken oconnor has great how to put a clutch together videos. Pretty.much how to assemble your whole motor. They are very helpful
