Hi so i done top end on my blaster and i took clutch cover off to drain oil as i was using silkolene . now my lever won't do anything. it goes in gear but when u pull clutch lever in to go into second gear the quad jerks as the clutch isn't disengaging. i was wondering what it could? just i have it up for sale.

Did you take the clutch plates out when you took the cover off ? , sounds like the rod and ball are not doing there job . Maybe someone a little smarter on clutches will chime in after me !

hi mate i think i know whats wrong. be examining the clutch arm and there looks to be a part broken off where the springs goes into or grips on. is it possible for you to send me the pictures of your engine again just to check?

Well hopefully its not too bad and you can swap it out ?

cheers man its not actually inside engine. its on the gear shifter side. where the clutch shifter arm goes in the hole. needing a picture of that . il upload the picture i took of mine and u can check if its ok? cheers.

Darn that sucks , You have a spare stator side case ?

what you mean buddy? the flywheel cover? i haven't . i may be parting this out but only depends on interest as not wanting to be left with alot of parts. ma flywheel cover would need glued as the plastic is broken that covers the sprocket. but only a small part. cheers mate!
