im new to the blaster seen so i need help bad ! i was replacing clutch and the head of a spring bolt off and really need help on some ideas of getting such a small bolt out without damaging clutch basket? or can i

if you mean the head of a spring bolt broke, snapped or sheared off??
take the rest of the bolts off (lefty loosey) and pull the outer plate and all of the clutch friction plates and steel pates off as a whole unit and stick a zip tie through one of the holes and around all the plates and sinche it up so you dont loose order of the assembly.

then get the center clutch hub nut off and the clutch hub out at this piont you should take it to a machine shop and have them remove the bolt, if it where me I could do it myself with a new drill bit and an easyout, but I have no idea of your skill sets.

ironically exactly the same thing happened to me today, i just used a 2mm drill bit from the otherside and it twisted the snapped of stud out. then ran a tap down from the other side just to check all the threads were ok :) but then again, as bidder said, depends how comfortable you are in doing this.

thanks for help did what you said (drill out from opposite side) worked like a champ went riding today thanks all

good good, glad to hear it bro :) u give her a good ripping? :p the trouble with them clutch screws is there an m4 but if you look closely the shaft thins right out to allow for the washer which is why they snap, they probably only have the tensile strength of say an m3 maybe even m2.
