I was out breaking in my blaster and from the start when I got it back from my dealer the clutch didnt seem right... but anyways I was riding it and then I suddenly had no clutch, I took the clutch side case off and the clutch plates aren't spreading apart when you pull the clutch lever and I had they clutch lever ajusted all the way out, I have no idea what happend, does anyone have ideas?

sounds like he did'nt put on correctly. I would suggest to get a blaster repair manual that tells you the order of the plates. try adjusting the push rod. at the clutch lever start by losening the locknut to obtain slack. then at the clutch mechanism adjustment losen it with a screw driver. move the clutch push lever toward the front of the engine untill it stops and hold in this position. then turn the clutch mechanism to align the mark on the end of the clutch push lever with the raised cast mark on the crankcase. hold the clutch mechanism adjuster in this position and tighten the locknut.
