ok so heres the deal..... got my blaster a few months ago.
turned out to be a real patched together bike, so i dont know whats right and whats not.
as for the exhaust i think the wrong pipe is on the bike, considering the header pipe does not sit in the hole on the jug (cylinder) where the gasket is and it only rests on the outside of the hole. so im just wondering if this is how the pipe is supposed to sit? or if it is the wrong pipe like i thought?
...
the clutch doesnt like to disengage after sitting for a while, so after taking it apart and examining the basket and inner rotor i found big gashes in the basket and rotor. so i just went ahead and ordered a whole new clutch package.... with the basket still connected and all the plates out i found the basket had a lot of play and i was wondering if this is normal or if i should adress this issue when assembling the new clutch.

I can't really tell what you are describing with the exhaust, but if it is the wrong exhaust I would imagine that the blaster would run bad because the right pipe is essential to any 2-stroke engine. As for the clutch, I would not know as I have never worked on a clutch.

im talking about the hole on the cylinder that the header pipe is supposed to sit in.....well the pipe is a little to big and does not go in the hole it sits on the outside.... so i assume this is wrong and it is supposed to go inside and rest on the gasket.....
