M mike2225 New Member Aug 13, 2010 61 2 0 phoenix,az Sep 2, 2010 #2 5-8 mm. pull on the lever until all the slack is out on the cable just before it moves clutch arm on crankcase. measure how far clutch lever moves before it moves arm. adjust accordingly. if you dont have enough free play your clutch will slip.
