cleaned my caliper with caustic soda and it turned out pretty good! heated my hands up in the process some hot stuff!lol

my rear brake cable that come off my caliper the threaded part snapped off inside the hole so had to heat the caliper and get a vice on it I:I

how quad is just now as took axle off to change bearings!

quad before axle came off.

my axle it came off quad!lol pretty rusty in parts but it will have to do until i get cash to get my durablue one

iv just ordered axle bearings for it just now until im able to get the axle im wanting its 4 inches wider than this one.

plans are for upto march for the body work and performance. and upto october for the suspension.

Will Be £1400 GPB Into Suspension And £1700 GPB into the body and performance also will be getting a full rebuild also.


plans to get it done are to save the money im getting within next 2 weeks upto march. and then i can get all the body and performance parts ordered. and depending on when they arrive to have the quad completely stripped powder coated and rebuilt with parts by the end of april early may. and then keep saving to october and i can get my suspension ordered hope all goes well with docs to get me a sick note to get money and il be rolling in the plans

goals are just to make a all round fun quad for track riding and the track racing theyre not professional racing just for fun and you get trophy at the end and also my mate gary is always letting me know his blaster is running great and doesn't need anything so looking to mod it and make it look better than his aha he got the better deal though as he got a 2006 limited edition black and red. with elka shocks all around and data tagged for £900!
