Has anybody else ordering anything from these guys and recieved your parts? so far the customer service has been pretty crappy. i ordered a set of the +4 up 1 max ground clearance arms over 6 weeks ago and i still havent recieved the arms yet. he said the day i ordered em that they would be at powdercoat within 2 days. i call 3 weeks later and he said he just picked em up from pc the day before and was out to get the heims and the pivot works bearings. ive called several times and its always something. first time he said he lost all my info and needed and needed my address again to ship and he was out of the office and would call me back to get it.....well no call back, so i call back 2 days later and ask again and give him all my info again. i wait another week and nothing so i call again for the tracking info and he said he was out with a customer and would call me back with the info.....well no call back. today i call again and ask for the tracking info, so he says hes walking to the computer to look it up and bam he says his dad is on the computer and will call me back with it.....well needless to say i havent heard back and im starting to get pretty pissed at this point. over 6 weeks and still no arms, i can build 10 sets and have em shipped by then. not really sure what i need to do at this point because i dont wanna call my bank and cancel the payment (i paid up front) because the arms could show up anyday and i dont wanna make something out of nothing. im not flaming the business yet because something could be going on with shipping or maybe they are just busy as helli dunno, but i just want everybody to know what im dealing with so far and if you are planning on ordering to wait just a little longer to see how this turns out so you possibly dont get screwed too. i will keep updating this thread as its goes on but hopefully they show up pretty quick and all is well.

6 weeks is completely unexceptable in my book. I'd be calling them every 1/2 hr asking where the damn a-arms are!

STOP PAYMENT! This is bullshit! Sounds to me like they are giving u the runaround! If they show up then let them contact u for the payment!

i called 2 times again and no answer and left a voicemail, i will be canceling payment in the morning if i dont hear something back by the end of the day.

ive called 4 times throughout the day and still no answer or returned call, will never use this place again or recommend them to anyone.

damn dude ur more patient than i am, if it was me i would have cancelled the payment after the 3rd call i had to make, would have told him nevermind and i want my money back usually they will get hot after that. wont be buying from them ever

Their website is terrible... sucks about your arms though... hopefully it works out.

well after i have called 15 times today with no answer or call back and no response to any emails i went ahead and cancelled the payment. its really a shame that he cant just answer the phone and tell me the truth. kinda sucks because i wanted those arms pretty bad and there arent but 2 places that i have found that will build arms to take the 18.25" shocks that i want to run. not sure if anybody has anything ordered through but if you do hope you atleast get your parts

talk to oregon dunes, he might be close enough to help

well i will know for sure if he shipped the arms or not by the middle of next week when he gets a call from the bank saying the funds have been taken back. im sure he will call me then wanting the money for em. if i dont hear from him i know he didnt send nada!! its funny a simple phone call would have saved alot of headaches.

Damn shame it had to get this far! Good call on the stop payment!

I bet strokedtater could make u something!

Chassis Inc is owned by Lew Swan Jr., son of Lewie Swan Sr., owner of Twister Crank Shafts.

Dad and son had a bit of falling out a few years back. All those killer paint jobs you see around the country are from Lew Jr. He is the artist. He is also the one that over the years has developed the metal bending skills. He has built some beautiful swing arms, a-arms, full on chassis'.

You can probably get a word to Jr. thru Sr., as Im sure they still talk.

yes he does build some killer arms and chasis thats the reason i chose him to build the MGC arms, i still hope its a misunderstanding and we can get it worked out because i still want the arms.

update.......got a returned email from lew this morning stating that he was out of the shop on friday because he cracked a tooth on thursday evening and was at the dentist on friday getting it dealt with. thats cool i can believe that. he also said that he got the city state and zip mixed up with a different customer and he recieved both packages back this morning. he fixed the labels and it will be shipping in the morning. he apologized several times and said he would do what is needed to make it right. i went ahead and canceled the caancel on the payment to give him a chance to make it right. i was hoping there was a mix up somewhere so i could still get the arms. i will update again when i recieve the arms.
