Anyone have a good write up on how to change the sproket from 13T to a 14t?
I have the 14T sitting here on my desk at work and before I get home just want to see if anyone has some tips.

just take the flywheel cover off, take the two bolts off the sprocket rotate the clip and pull, it should slide off, then you take your 13 off and slide the 14 on, pot the clip on, rotate it untill the holes line up, put your bolts in and tourque those things down, or put a dab of loctite on em then put em in, then enjoy your newfound top speed

it is really straightforward, remove chain, unscrew stator cover, put in gear so sprocket does not turn freely, and take off two screws on sprocket and put new one on same way you took old one off. Super easy mod.

Edit: you beat me to it lol..............yea loctite

you will hav to loosen the chain adjustment, the 14 is bigger and u will hav to adjust yur chain also
pretty str8 forward as stated b 4, just di mine a couple night ago

I aslo hav a brand new 13 if anyone needs one, still in package never opened

heres what i did... put the quad in neutral, take off the chain master link, pull the chain out, put the quad in gear, take off the stator cover, take off the 2 bolts holding the sprocket on, put the new one on, put the 2 bolts back in, put the quad in neutral, feed the chain through, loosen the chain adjustments and move the rear end foreward to loosen the chain, put the master link back in, put the stator cover on, tighten the chain adjustments to your liking, and go ride like hell

pretty simpl. loosen the 2 chain tnesioners, the loosen the 2 swongarm bolts. i think one is a 16mm and the other is 14mm. and the chain tensioner bolts are 10mm. i think. its been a while so i dont remember exactly. and to loosen it, i just jacked the quad up and hit the carrier with a rubber hammer until it moved. or use a pry bar and wedge it in the carrier and move it that way

Changing the front sprocket is really easy. I did mine on the trail with a minimal set of tools.

Loosen the chain quite a bit, when you remove the 2 bolts holding the sprocket on the chain will bend out a bit so you can get the sprocket clear. Put the chain over the new sprocket and slide it in place and lock it down replace the 2 bolts. Then retighten the chain from the rear, Not too hard at all.
