Is the blaster cdi rev limited. If so what is the limit.What are the options?

It is. Don't know the limit, butnever exceeded it even with my stroked/ ported, matched motor

As far as I know, there's no rev limiter on the Blaster. You don't really need one when there are no valves to float and hit the piston should the engine rev too high.
