So my blaster has no spark. I'm working backwards to check, got a new plug wire, but where are the cdi and the ignition coils? Cause those are some of the other things that could stop my quad m getting spark and I want to check them. Thanks!

There is no way to test a CDI. Best possible way to trouble shoot the ignition system is to try parts off a running bike one at a time until you get spark. If another bike is unavailable you have to refer to the manual and get you meter out.

So what do I test with my multimeter? And where is the cdi located?

the actual coil, and the coils on the stator can be tested with a multi meter, but we have seen those #'s be off and still work, or not ?
as mentioned, swapping parts is the easiest way, and the cdi (located under the hood) cannot be tested.
i like to check all connections of the wiring harness, and the kill/key switches first, get that hood off and unplug them one at a time to test.

here's the ignition troubleshooting pages from the manual posted:

Alright ill check the connections when i geet home, i heard if your flywheel is dirty it can cause it to not make electiricity. Should i check that to?

i've worked on/rebuilt some pretty raggedy azz blasters and have never seen it myself, but worth a look

I have never known a bit of dirt on a flywheel to hinder magnetic flux !

A build up of rust on the stator coil poles may hinder electrical energy transfer.
