Fremont, Oh
Hi, I been a member here for a few months and decided to post about a lil issue I have.

I have a set of Blaster cases that need repaired or hope I can get repaired. The pics should speak for themselves but its perty bad. The worst one is broken off at the kick start and actually broken a bolt hole off and the other half is just broken at the stator wiring hole, not a big problem. I'm more worried about the chunk missing lol. I'm afraid that half may be junk :(

Just wondering if anyone on here repairs them or knows of a cheap place to get them fixed. I also am not too worried about them atm as I just bought a used bottom end off CL for $150 that just needs a fork drum.

Put some jb weld an duct tape on it jk...civic will hook u up

LOL well I have been contemplating on "rigging" it up with this stuff we sell at work called Rapid-Fix. Its like a super glue on steroids that bonds to anything. But when I get more time tomorrow, I will be PM'ing civicdude about this. I kinda wanna build another motor for a second build after this one or just a stroker for my project later lol

So there are two broken areas, one on each case half?

Is that ALL of the damage to the cases? If it is, those are repairable. I should say, worth repairing.

Yea thats all the damage that I can see done to them. When I get done building my current blaster, I will have these repaired. Which should be by the end of the month

Dont mean to flood :s

The trouble with anything other than a metal repair on that clutch cover is that the mounting bolt will pull it back apart eventually. The only permanent repair is welding.

Ahhh I never really thought about that lol. That makes sense tho. I can weld some stuff but this is way outta my league lol. I have a mig welder and thats it :p
