Got 03 yfs200 have fmf exhaust lighten fly wheel tors delete and parkin sensor delete.. +.20 over and light port job and havent started yet but what do u guys think good statring point on main jet... im above 1000 ft above sea level...
 
Stock pilot jet, airscrew 1.5 turns out to start, stock needle w/clip in middle slot, buy 280, 290, 300, and 310 main jets, start large and plug chop down.

They had 270 jets at shop.. but runs like new quad thanks for the starting point still got to fine tune but no longer want to burn it to the ground now thanks for the help

Good call awk! I was gonna say 20-1 mix first tank minimum 1 hr breakin , no WOT for first hour Check cylinder temp with pyrometer 875-900f* on first half throttle run, pray!
 
Use 32:1 at all times, unless you are racing.

20:1 ratio will lean out the fuel content and may cause excessive heat, not really what is needed for breakin....
 
I run 32:1 @ all times... never had problem.... thanks fornall the help gentlemen;)
