carb setup????

Here is what i have:
Toomey B1 Pipe and silencer
Stock 26mm mikuni carb.
320 main jet
stock pilot jet
stock needle clip position.


What should i adjust the needle and pilot to?
I was thinking about bumping my pilot to a 35?
What about the needle?
 
try adjusting the air/fuel screw for the off idle bog...1.5 - 2 turns out from full in and try a 330 and 340 main for the mid to top bog
 
is your motor rebuilt yet? if not are you saying the bog was before it blew up, this could be caused by low low compression, you had 89 psi right? you would have no power.

damnit, i knew i should of ordered the 340 jet.... I have a 330 main. So change the main to a 330 or 340 for mid to top bog. and adjust a/f screw for off idle bog. i still have to get my cylinder bored and honed. let me go snap a pic of the cylinder and piston....
 
Here is a couple of pics that i snapped.
Piston look pretty wore out. Rings are seized, what do you think happened? Lean on oil/fuel mixture?

Bore doesn't look like much, but believe me, there is a scar down the side of it.

Up above the right hand intake port there are two gouges in the cylinder.

Please tell me what exactly what went on. low on oil mixture?
Lean Jetting?
