ok so heres my problem. im not getting fuel to my engine. i checked the fuel line and gas is coming through it. i took my carb off and cleaned it but gas is not flowing out of the carb. it will start with starting fluid but quickly die. would a carb rebuild fix this? please help me. also, how do i know which model carb i have so i can order a rebuild kit for it?

why check reeds??? he just said that the carb is gettng gas but not flowing out of it. get a rebuild kit and rebuild it. I would thinkt your floats are getting stuck. You just need to get a rebuild kit for a 26mm stock blaster carb. Maybe even cleaning it really well would fix it.

sounds like a clogged float valve. try shooting carb spray through it. also make sure that the floats are free.
it could also be a clogged jet or maybe the idle screw or pilot screw is severely maladjusted.

thank you very much. it is a clogged float valve. are you aware whether a new one would come in a rebuild kit or should i order one seperately? also, i tried spraying carb fluid through it, but it didnt unclog.
