carb question

is there any way to tell what size carb i have without having to take it off the bike

If it's stock, it's 26mm. Otherwise look on it somewhere... it might be "engraved" into it.

i believe it is stock it still has the tors on it just wanted to make sure before buying a gasket set thanks for the help

i took off the carb an it is a 28mm would the gasket an o rings be the same as on a 26mm

pretty sure the bowl is the same, the o'ring may not be. Remove the TORS and buy a new cap for it, much better set up IMO. Or upgrade to a 30mm. Easy to tune on a stock motor and you can tell a little difference when tuned good.

the tors wasnt conected it had already crapped out before i bought it but the threads on top of the carb where the tors conects are stripped almost completely out it barely has enough to get the tors to hold on would the cap be able to thread on or should i just start looking for a new carb
