DID YOU CLEAN THE NOZZLE OUT?

the main jet screws into the nozzle
the nozzle has 10 real tiny holes in it
you set the carb on a workbench with the float side up take the main jet out with the jet washer.now the copper looking piece that the jet screws into is called the main jet nozzle.to remove the nozzle you drive or tap it out,i like to use a drill bit and use the flat side that gos into the drill chuck.just tap the nozzle out, when removed you will see 10 small holes in the nozzle these have GOT TO BE CLEAN OR YOUR BLASTER WILL NOT HAVE MID OR TOP END POWER,IT WILL JUST CUTOUT AND BOGOUT ABOUT MID TO FULL THROTTLE.

alot of people do not clean this when cleaning a carb, they just unscrew the main jet and dont tap the nozzle out.

did you remove the nozzle?

when installing the nozzle back in the carb you will see a notch in the nozzle and a pin in the carb body,YOU MUST LINE THESE TWO UP FOR INSTALATION IF NOT THE NOZZLE WILL NOT SEAT ALL THE WAY.go to the manual on this site and go to carburator and lookup and find the nozzle in there.
